I have been attending this school from December 2012 and graduated in June of 2015. The income that they told me I should be making with my degree is no where near what I am making now. I have no room in my budget to pay back these student loans.
I was for the first time in my 40’s going to school and I felt great. But realized that I was robbed. These loans are not cheap. I have so many sleepless nights worrying how or where will the money come to pay these loans back. I felt like I was on the verge of a break down.
These loans came due and my dream of owning a home is no longer an option as my credit score dropped so low as to the amount of debt of my student loans. I don’t know what to do. I am usually a person of my word but I can’t pay these loans.
What they promised is not what I received. To hear and be made aware that the Department of Education allowed these types of schools to remain open to prey and hurt so many people is heart breaking. My dreams have now been shattered by this.
